Cleaning: Business & Industry

In most facilities that building service contractors clean, the building owner or facility manager will have already supplied waste receptacles. In some cases however, the size, shape and function of those receptacles may not be best suited for the building or the cleaning staff.
Having proper-sized waste receptacles not only make the cleaning personnel’s job easier by limiting their payload, it also makes the offices, restrooms and overall appearance of the facility look cleaner.
If BSCs are cleaning a facility where an update is needed, they may be able to influence their customers to buy different products when it’s time to replace receptacles. And when that time is right, BSCs can work with their customers and help them choose the right waste receptacles for certain areas.
Receptacles that are easy to clean and can be easily lifted and emptied by cleaning personnel are best suited for office buildings. These include durable, non-metal receptacles capable of enduring high volumes of usage that can withstand rusting and denting, while also making clean up easy.
