Business acquisition

Brady has acquired Maintenance Mart in Arizona, according to a statement issued by the large janitorial supply, equipment and food distributor.

Established in 1996, Maintenance Mart provides services to the greater Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona areas, with expertise in the property management, professional cleaner and education sectors. The company  has four locations in Arizona, including three brick and mortar retail locations in Phoenix, Tempe, and Tucson. The brick and mortar locations  will continue to operate under the Maintenance Mart brand, while the the overall distribution and operations will with Brady’s existing infrastructure.

Maintenance Mart President Shelley Riley and her team will work closely with Chrissy Sayre, regional manager of Arizona for Brady, to collaboratively unite the two organizations. Riley will ultimately stay on in a new capacity as division manager, property management.
