Corinne Zudonyi

It's almost unbelievable, but it's been 15 years since I was first introduced to the jan/san industry. Knowing little more than what is necessary to clean my own house, I never would have imagined the journey I would take in this industry. I soon got a glimpse when working on one of my first assignments — detailing and explaining the technology of microfiber cloths and how they work.

Since that time, I've covered hundreds of topics, worked with thousands of industry professionals and learned more about cleaning than I ever thought possible. The vast majority of my time was spent overseeing one of our end user publications targeting in-house facility cleaning executives, Facility Cleaning Decisions. Mine was also the voice behind much of our content flooding your inboxes from Then, in my spare time, I offered a helping hand on this fine publication.

During that time, I'd often speak to my in-house cleaning readers about the value of their distributor partners and the importance of working with someone they can rely on. Distributors large and small can be an asset to their customers. Those I have been fortunate enough to work with already are true experts in cleaning, exceptional customer service representatives, outstanding trainers and downright good people who will go the extra mile for their customers.

Like you, I will go that extra mile to continue delivering the quality you've come to expect from Sanitary Maintenance.

I'm sure it came as a surprise to many of you when Dan Weltin announced his departure from the magazine last issue. I hope, though, that my familiarity with the jan/san industry and this publication offers some assurance that the transition will be smooth.

I'm excited to be part of the rich history that is Sanitary Maintenance and to continue offering this great resource to such an important segment of the industry.
