Surface Sanitizing Wipes and Surface Sanitizing Spray are broad-spectrum sanitizers designed for use in industrial kitchens, food processing plants and other areas where sanitization of food contact surfaces is important. They have been tested in accordance with AOAC methods and meet EPA requirements for sanitizing previously cleaned, food-contact surfaces. No water rinse is required after using.
