Man focusing on a webinar while taking notes

A four-part educational series on onboard battery charging and software will be held in May by Delta-Q, the company announced.

Nicholas Dohmeier, senior power electronics engineer with Delta-Q will lead the four-part series. Each video consists of three to four minutes of subject matter.

Aptly labeled "The Charge," the series will include three on-demand videos followed by a one-hour live webinar.

In addition to discussing the best practices for onboard battery charging, the series will explore ways to maximize machine run times using software and charger data. The series will discuss how original equipment manufacturers can design and validate chargers onboard electric machines, reduce battery failure and safety risks using charger software profiles, and extract charger data to help reduce maintenance spending and improve overall usage. The live webinar on day four will provide a Q&A with Delta-Q’s charging experts and an announcement on a new solution that will redefine charger expectations for the floor care industry.
