Waste and recycling equipment manufacturer, Wastequip, has added two regional sales managers to its Technical Products Division. Anthony E. Parker will have responsibility for the Midwest region, and Ernie Castro will be responsible for growing sales in the Southeast, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Interestingly, he played multiple seasons of professional football as a cornerback and safety for the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders. He will be responsible for selling compactors, balers, and related accessories across the Midwest region.

Castro will be responsible for sales across the Southeast, as well as Latin America and the Caribbean. He has over 21 years of sales experience in the welding gas and supply industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University in Florida.

“We’re excited to welcome Anthony and Ernie into the Wastequip fold,” said Mark Taylor, president of Wastequip’s Technical Products Division. “We believe there is great market opportunity for our broad line of compactors, and we’re confident that the experience and strong established relationships of these two gentlemen will be a great benefit to both our dealer and end-user customers.”
