Swoop, Philadelphia Eagles' mascot, with restroom signage in updated Tork, an Essity brand, supported facility upgrades

Tork, an Essity brand, and the Eagles Autism Foundation announce the completion of their joint initiative in delivering a welcoming and inclusive hygiene experience for all.

Utilizing feedback from the Eagles Autism Foundation community, expertise from the Tork Coalition for Inclusive Hygiene, and research-backed tips in the Inclusive Hygiene Playbook, Lincoln Financial Field underwent intentionally designed upgrades to enhance restroom facilities for all.

The three targeted restrooms, located by the Eagles Sensory Room, now feature adult changing tables, higher urinal and stall dividers, warm lighting, soothing music, and additional accessibility features. These elements build a calming ambiance, improve privacy and comfort, and afford fans of all abilities their dignity. Other inclusive hygiene solutions include odor control systems, surface sanitization, and a localized sound system.

"Since 2024, Tork has been on a journey to shine a light on the hygiene barriers that exist in public restrooms—barriers that are often invisible to those who operate public spaces, but very real to users," says Raquel Carbonari, Brand Activation Director, Professional Hygiene, Essity. "It's been incredible to see how this message has resonated with facility leaders across the country, inspiring them to make changes."

From visual schedules to sensory bags, the Eagles Autism Foundation offers resources at Lincoln Financial Field to provide a smoother stadium experience. Now, through this innovative partnership, restrooms will also add to an equitable experience. This initiative represents the Eagles and Tork brand's ongoing commitment to creating accessible spaces where fans of all abilities feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

"These restroom upgrades at Lincoln Financial Field, paired with the existing sensory room, are exactly what best-in-class fan experience looks like," shares Uma Srivastava, Executive Director, KultureCity. "When you design holistically for everyone, more people can show up, participate, and truly belong—from attending events to working, dining, learning, or traveling."
