The Home Depot has reached an agreement to purchase HD Supply, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products servicing the hospitality and multifamily spaces.

“Acquiring HD Supply will allow us to better serve you by offering an even greater selection of products, value-added services and solutions with a complementary MRO-specific distribution network across an expanded territory,” said The Home Depot Pro in an email.
