Texas Disposal Systems Acquires A Clean Portoco
Texas Disposal Systems (TDS), a resource management company that helps customers manage and divert waste to beneficial uses, announced the acquisition of A Clean Portoco Central Texas Division effective Tuesday, October 16. A Clean Portoco is a premier portable restroom rental company who, for 20 years, has provided portable toilet rentals, restroom and mobile shower trailer rentals, hand washing stations and temporary fencing for construction sites, oil fields, special events and disaster relief throughout Texas. TDS has acquired the company’s Austin and San Antonio markets and will continue to provide the top-notch customer service that A Clean Portoco is known for.
“A Clean Portoco has a rich history of world-class customer service and a legacy of industry expertise,” said Bob Gregory, Co-Owner, President and CEO of Texas Disposal Systems. “We look forward to incorporating the best practices of a fellow environmental steward and their outstanding service and products into our mission of providing the highest quality and most environmentally friendly services in the best interests of our customers, employees and the community.”
As one of the largest independently-owned solid waste collection, processing and disposal companies in the US, TDS looks forward to expanding and enhancing their wide range of site services with the operational leadership of A Clean Portoco President and Co-Owner, Michael Perez. Perez will join TDS as Director of Operations - Site Services and A Clean Portoco’s 15 current Austin and San Antonio employees will join him at TDS.
The acquisition of A Clean Portoco provides an enhancement of services for TDS customers and represents significant growth in the combined business. With this integration, customers will have an expanded scope of resources in site services and a deeper bench of professionals to service construction projects, events and disaster relief situations.
TDS’ fully integrated facility, located in Creedmoor, TX, efficiently incorporates solid waste disposal, compost production and recycling operations to reduce the landfilling of resources, improve communities and protect the environment.
