This partnership blends TEAM’s 30 years of deep security and janitorial industry expertise and award-winning holistic technology platform with Lighthouse’s fresh, innovative perspective on mobile workforces. Together, they offer an enhanced industry-specific solution with unprecedented depth and breadth.
“Lighthouse is a perfect complement to TEAM,” said TEAM CEO John Leiferman. “We are focused on the same industries and have similar goals of offering market-leading technology for companies with field-based workforces. It’s a step toward accelerating innovation for both of us and toward our vision of becoming the one app in the field for security and janitorial companies.”
The capabilities Lighthouse adds to TEAM’s existing financial, operations and workforce management solutions include guard touring; task and issue management; enhanced mobile audits; and continuous, real-time location tracking to better view, manage and automate operations in the field.
“Partnering with TEAM allows us to expedite our goal of building a world-class workforce management solution,” said Michael Carne, a Lighthouse co-founder and the CEO. “TEAM provides the financial and people resources to help us more quickly enhance our solutions and augment our position as a leading field-based solutions provider.”
In addition to the alignment of missions, industries and solutions, the companies have similar people-centric approaches to business as well, always putting customers first, listening and quickly acting on customer needs.
“As we grow, it’s important to us to partner with companies whose values and way of interacting with people closely align with how we do business, too,” said TEAM President Jill Davie. “Lighthouse’s culture and values are very similar to ours, and we’re excited to welcome them to the TEAM family.”
