Network Distribution® (“Network”) and Packaging Distributors of America (“PDA”), providers of supply chain solutions in the packaging industry, announce the intent to combine organizations into a single, national platform.

The strategic combination will make a meaningful difference throughout the supply chain as the packaging landscape continues to experience a rapid pace of change. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.

The newly formed organization will unite the complementary offerings of each organization and serve the market as a definitive resource for diverse product solutions and innovative packaging engineering. The combined entity will operate out of Schaumburg, Illinois.
