Spartan Chemical Promotes Cardella to Regional Manager

Spartan Chemical Company, Inc.—a manufacturer of sustainable cleaning and sanitation solutions for the industrial and institutional market, announced the promotion of Zack Cardella to the role of Regional Manager, effective March 16, 2026.

Cardella joins Spartan in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region. For the past four years, Cardella has held the role of Sales Executive for Hill & Markes, now BradyPLUS, where he was responsible for developing and managing the Rochester, New York, market in the janitorial, sanitation, and food service verticals.

Prior to his time with BradyPLUS, Cardella worked for W.B. Mason in Rochester, New York, for five years. During his time with W.B. Mason, he held the position of Sales Trainer and Jan/San Category Manager, where he was responsible for growing the janitorial and sanitation category, coordinating trainings, and working with sales representatives to develop their janitorial and sanitation knowledge.

Cardella attended St. John Fisher University, in Rochester, New York, where he received his bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in management.
