Spartan Chemical Named 2018 Service Excellence Vendor Of The Year

Spartan Chemical Company announced that the company has been selected as Johnston 2018 Service Excellence Vendor of the Year.

The Service Excellence Award is determined based on specific criteria which includes, on-time deliveries, fill ratio, ease of partnership, availability of sales reps, along with year over year growth. Each vendor’s scorecard is then tallied to determine a winner. This year, Spartan Chemical received the highest total ranking.

The award was presented to Spartan Chemical during Johnston’s Vendor Award Night by Ryan May, Director of Purchasing, Johnston, Tom Lewis, CFO, Johnston, Mike May, President, Johnston and David May, Director of Marketing, Johnston. Spartan was represented by Mark Collins, regional manager.
