Spartan Chemical Company, Inc.—a leader in the formulation and manufacture of sustainable cleaning and sanitation solutions for the industrial and institutional market—announced the expansion of the corporate accounts team, effective January 1, 2026.
As a result of Spartan Chemical's growth in the building service contractor (BSC) market as well as industry growth, Spartan Chemical has promoted Doug Pfaff to its BSC program, led by Jerred Attanasio.
For several decades now, Spartan Chemical has provided BSCs with the products, training, and management software needed for day-to-day operations. Spartan's BSC program—started in 1982—focuses on developing custom programs that are simple, cost-effective, and deliver results.
"The building service contractor segment continues to be a primary focus for us," says John Swigart, President and CEO, Spartan Chemical Company. "Doug has made valuable impact as regional manager in our Arizona region, and we're excited to see him bring that same dedication and leadership to our building service contractor team."
Pfaff was promoted to the role of West Coast BSC Manager and brings extensive industry knowledge to his new role. Over the last five years, he has served as a Spartan Chemical Regional Manager in Arizona. Prior to Spartan, Pfaff worked as the Director of Business Development with Karcher North America, Inc. Pfaff was responsible for calling on their largest national and regional distributor partners, growing sales from 9 million to 24 million during his tenure.
Pfaff holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona.
