Supreme Maintenance Organization (SMO), a janitorial service provider based in Greensboro, North Carolina, has acquired Impact Cleaning Professionals, a commercial cleaning company headquartered in Lakeland, Florida. But this deal is more than a growth play, it's a story of grit, transformation, and shared values.

It all began in 2019, when Antonio “Toni” Williams, a former manager at Publix, recognized a problem too many building managers quietly endured: inconsistent cleaning, poor communication, and zero accountability. He teamed up with longtime friend Taylor Riley, and together, with little more than a vacuum and a work ethic, they launched Impact Cleaning Professionals. From day one, they built with intention. No outside investors. No shortcuts. Just sweat equity and service that spoke for itself. Over the next few years, Impact earned its reputation the hard way — serving schools, government buildings, healthcare facilities, and commercial spaces across Central Florida. Services expanded to include day porters, carpet care, window cleaning, floor work, and more. 

But what made Impact stand out wasn’t just what they did, it was how they did it. That commitment to excellence is exactly what caught SMO’s eye.
