Rite-Hite Holding Corporation, a Wisconsin-based manufacturing company, has acquired Johnson Equipment Company. This is one of the largest acquisitions to date for the industrial equipment manufacturer.
Founded in 1959 by Marvin L. Johnson, the family-owned company has grown alongside the Rite-Hite business through the years.
"The Johnson culture and values align perfectly with ours," says Micaela Bomhack, President and CEO of Rite-Hite. "With a focus on the customer, a deep belief in the Rite-Hite productions and solutions, and an unwavering commitment to safety, innovation, and integrity, this is a great match for both companies."
The Johnson Equipment Company sales and service offices become part of a growing Rite-Hite network of company-owned distribution locations serving customers globally. Customers of the company will continue to receive the same trusted service and support.
"We plan to take a thoughtful approach to integrating our businesses so we can capitalize on the best of both organizations," adds Dan Anderson, President of Global Distribution at Rite-Hite.
