In an ever-evolving industry, building service contractors (BSCs) need to stay up to date on the latest trends and transformations to maintain top-tier commercial cleaning services. To meet this need, Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) presents its Executive Management Conference held May 13-15, 2026.

Held in Clearwater, Florida, the conference will provide premier programming and networking opportunities for members and non-members to take advantage of. Essential education led by speakers Paul Epstein, CEO and Founder of Win Monday, and Nikolas Badminton, Chief Futurist, Futurist Speaker, and Hope Engineer, will give insight on how to tackle operational obstacles. When not soaking up learning, attendees can soak up the sun on the sugar-sand beaches nearby or opt in for a golf game at Lansbrook Golf Club, Florida.

The first 100 BSC registrations will be offered a discounted rate—$650 for BSCAI members and $1,005 for non-members. Following that, pricing for BSCAI members will be $750 and for non-members $1,205. Conference goers interested in the golf excursion can purchase the 18-hole game for $160, with an additional $55 fee for rental clubs.
