Rainier Partners, a private equity firm investing in lower middle-market services businesses, announces its investment in Kleen-Tech Services, a janitorial services provider with operations across more than 30 states.  

Kleen-Tech was founded in 1993 in Denver, Colorado, and has since grown into a leading national provider of janitorial and related services to commercial, government, and other specialty sectors. The company serves an array of end markets through its nine brands: Kleen-Tech, Arnold’s, National Facility Services, ARC Maintenance, Sentinel Maintenance, Peterson Cleaning, Signature Facilities, Sonoran, and IFS Group. Its proprietary operational systems and processes enable its approximately 2,000 employees to deliver exceptional service nationwide.
