RTG Building Services Inc. (RTG) is celebrating its 10th anniversary, marking a decade of growth from a locally founded Nebraska company into a trusted commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and federal janitorial contractor.

Ramiro Gaitan—a Hispanic American entrepreneur with nearly a decade of industry experience, built the company on a foundation of quality service, accountability, and long-term customer relationships. Since its founding in 2016, RTG today employs over 115 trained professionals and maintains millions of square feet of facilities throughout the Omaha metro and beyond.

RTG has also maintained a steady record with the federal government. Its work includes janitorial services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District, specialized window washing at Offutt Air Force Base, and custodial support for the Transportation Security Administration at Eppley Airfield, along with multi-year contracts at General Services Administration sites in Nebraska, Iowa, and Arizona.

“When I started this company, I set out to build something Omaha could count on,” says Gaitan, President of RTG Building Services. “Ten years later, more than 115 people earn a living here, and we have earned the trust of the federal government and businesses across the region.
