ProTeam Wins Best Customer Service Award
ProTeam was awarded the Best Customer Service Award at ISSA/INTERCLEAN North America 2014. ProTeam won along with nine other exhibitors after receiving the most votes from show attendees for delivering what ISSA called “exemplary customer contact” at the show.
“This award would not have been possible without the efforts of our sales team, customer service and engineering departments, and our representatives, both at the show and what they do on a day-to-day basis,” said President and CEO Matt Wood. “I can say with certainty, we would not have won this award if we did not go above and beyond for our customers in the daily conduct of our business.”
Distributors, building service contractors, and in-house cleaning service providers were among the voters who used ISSA’s mobile app to vote. They were asked to choose which exhibitor’s staff was most knowledgeable, helpful, and provided outstanding customer support during the event.
ProTeam was also presented with this award at the 2010 and 2011 ISSA/INTERCLEAN trade shows. Other companies who were recognized this year include 3M Commercial Solutions Division, A.R. North America, Inc., Abco Products Co., Advance, CleanTelligent Software, Expanded Technologies Corp., J & M Technologies, Inc., Rep Toolkit, and Step1 Software Solutions.
