New Pro-Link Distributor-Members from across the United States attended Pro-Link, Inc.’s Member Orientation Program in Canton, Mass., on October 5-6, 2011. The orientation was kicked off by Paul Lemieux, President and CEO of Pro-Link, where Pro-Link’s strategy to help Distributor members grow was reviewed.

The orientation provided new members the details on Pro-Link’s core services of products, sales support materials and training, including the basics of back office support such as pricing and ordering. Emphasized throughout the orientation were Pro-Link’s Green and BSC programs.

Pro-Link’s Online Training Center (OTC) was reviewed in detail, with courses available for jan/san categories, cleaning procedures and even OSHA/government requirements.

The sales team, led by Brian Slack, V.P. of Sales for Pro-Link, detailed the extent of support the Pro-Link Regional Manager’s provide Distributor-Members. Assistance for seminars, trade shows, demo’s and end-user calls are just a few of the ways the Regional Managers help local distributors.

In attendance were five of Pro-Link’s newest Members: Adie Alvarez, of Pioneer Chemical Company – Gardena, CA; Scott Brown of Merchants Paper Company – Pensacola, FL; David Brutcher of Magnolia Paper & Janitor Supply – Memphis, TN; Kevin Burke of  Retailers Supply, New Albany, IN; and Claudia Carbonell of EC Supplies – Hialeah, FL.
