The company pursued this certification to further promote its safety program and demonstrate its ability to meet the expectations and requirements of industrial facilities where contractor compliance and documented safety practices are critical.

Performance Plus also partnered with Ikigai Services’ HR team to help gather, organize, and submit the documentation required through the ISNetworld platform. That collaboration supported a smooth review process and helped Performance Plus earn an A rating—further demonstrating the company’s commitment to safety, compliance, and readiness to support industrial customers.
