Renewable paper towel, tissue and napkin provider Nittany Paper has agreed to merge with Marcal Paper, a New Jersey-based paper mill, reports The Sentinel.

Based in central Pennsylvania, Nittany Paper makes more than 100 products for use in commercial restrooms, breakrooms and work areas. Nittany says its partnership with Marcal will provide it with a supply chain of recycled parent rolls, which will expand its product portfolio.

The merger enables Marcal to restart business after a Jan. 30, 2019 fire destroyed 21 paper converting lines across 16 acres of its property in Elmwood Park, New Jersey.
