Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services honored top-performing franchisees and those who reached sales milestones during the annual owners’ retreat, which was held May 1-3 in Orlando, Florida.

Office Pride of Visalia-Tulare (California), owned by Kris and Mitch Lareau, was named the Franchise of the Year.

Other individual awards presented were:

Salt & Light Award for community service (3 winners):

Office Pride of Pensacola-Downtown (Florida) for raising $1,260 at the staff Christmas party to donate to the Escambia County School District’s lunch debt fund, which pays off students’ negative lunchroom balances.

Office Pride of Huntsville (Alabama) for monthly donations of cleaning and paper products to the Lincoln Village Ministry.

Office Pride of Richmond-Sandston (Virginia) for their commitment to hiring people with disabilities, people who are homeless, people on parole and people in drug and alcohol recovery programs.

Rookie of the Year: Stephanie and Andrew Farnsworth, Office Pride of Fort Wayne-Columbia City, Indiana
