Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services has named an experienced commercial cleaning operations executive as its new chief operating officer. Sean Ayres, formerly the chief business officer for Jani-King International, will oversee the operations and marketing departments at Office Pride headquarters.

Ayres has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate and franchise operations management. He also has extensive experience in sales and marketing, supply chain management, project management and the ability to identify new business opportunities. He holds the CFE (Certified Franchise Executive™) credential from the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives.  

While at Jani-King International, Ayres oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company, which had annual revenues of $975 million. He spent 14 years in various roles with the company. Before that, he worked for eight years with Red Roof Inns Inc. as director of franchise operations. Ayres has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sean and his wife, Chandra, currently live in Texas but have plans to move to Florida. They have two daughters.
