Contracting Profits, in conjunction with BSCAI’s CLEAN Awards program, is currently accepting nominations for the prestigious Emerging Leader Award. This recognition particularly highlights individuals 40 years of age or younger who are making significant and positive contributions to the contract cleaning industry. The award seeks to identify rising stars who are owners of contract cleaning companies or key members of their executive teams, and whose companies are active BSCAI members.

The Emerging Leader Award also serves to celebrate individuals who showcase strategic and innovative thinking, beyond demonstrating exceptional leadership. The ideal candidate consistently delivers quality work that sets a high standard for others, raising the bar for their colleagues and employers. Nominees are to be evaluated on their ability to lead effectively during challenging situations, provide constructive problem-solving, and contribute meaningfully to their organization's success and overall industry respect. This recognition not only draws attention to the individual's accomplishments, but also highlights the key role that forward-thinking leadership plays in propelling the contract cleaning sector into a positive future.

The value of this program extends beyond individual recognition, though; as part of the CLEAN Awards, it helps to foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the industry. Honorees will be recognized at the CLEAN Awards presentation during the BSCAI Contracting Success Conference in Las Vegas this November, and featured in a dedicated profile in Contracting Profits magazine.

Industry professionals are encouraged to nominate deserving peers, colleagues, clients, or associates who exemplify these qualities. Self-nominations are not permitted. The deadline for all nominations is July 18, 2025.
