JaniJobs, an online marketplace that connects cleaning professionals with organizations and individuals in need of cleaning services, announced a new milestone. The workforce platform surpassed 700 users—including 561 cleaners and 158 companies—and continues to simplify hiring, scheduling, and workforce management. This growth signals JaniJobs' increasing capacity to help cleaning businesses, in-house providers, and short-term rental hosts fill shifts and meet cleaning needs quickly and efficiently.
“Since launching, JaniJobs has helped cleaning companies, in-house teams, and residential hosts access skilled, vetted cleaners exactly when they need them,” says Archie Heinl, Founder and President of JaniJobs. “Reaching more than 700 users shows that the platform is solving real challenges in the industry, from high turnover and labor shortages to last-minute scheduling needs.”
The platform allows users to post shifts, communicate in real time, and manage work all in one place, thereby reducing administrative burden and ensuring reliable staffing. As the platform grows, JaniJobs plans to roll out a bidding feature that will allow cleaners to bid on open jobs based on availability, location, and experience. This will give businesses faster access to qualified talent while offering cleaners greater flexibility and choice in the work they accept.
