Cassie King, Vice President of Operations – Los Angeles: With over 15 years of experience in facility services and commercial real estate, the latest four with ABM, Cassie has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, strengthening client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams. At ABM, Cassie has managed major portfolios for global corporations and real estate firms, while also playing a key role in company-wide initiatives such as our HR & Finance Transformation.

Erin De Yager, Vice President of Operations – Orange County: A nearly six-year veteran of ABM, Erin has more than 14 years of sales leadership experience across diverse markets, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas and earning multiple ABM President’s Club honors. She’s known for her collaborative approach, having led regional teams and partnered closely with operations to drive strategic growth. Erin’s background in hospitality has shaped her client focused mindset in building teams.

With proven track records in operational excellence, client partnerships, and team leadership, Cassie and Erin embody the next generation of leadership that will continue to move ABM forward.
