Network Appoints New Director Of Customer Service Integration
Network Services Company has named Meg Dolan its new director of customer integration and services.
Dolan is a proven customer service executive with more than 25 years of experience in customer acquisition, customer service, and customer support.
In her role at the Schaumburg, Illinois-based Network Services Company, Dolan will be responsible for leading the customer service and implementation teams, providing services and support to the company’s corporate account customers and distributors.
“Meg’s understanding of our customers, distributors and suppliers brings immediate value to Network,” says Kevin Rudd, the company’s chief sales and marketing officer. “Her skillset spans all aspects of the customer journey and we’re really excited she’s joined our team.”
Previously, Dolan held director positions in business integration, customer care and strategic accounts at Essendant. She holds a MBA in finance from University of Indianapolis’ business school.
