The New Jersey Sanitary Supply Association (NJSSA) Board of Directors and Social Outreach Committee, is looking for participants for the 20th Annual Operation Clean Sweep. This year the association needs help more than ever.  After Hurricane Sandy many people have been displaced and are in need. NJSSSA will donate supplies to:

• Island Harvest - Long Island's largest hunger relief organization http://www.islandharvest.org/intro.aspx

•The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties - http://www.foodbankmoc.org

• The Community Foodbank of NJ, 31 Evans Terminal Hillside, NJ 07205 http://www.njfoodbank.org

• St. Benedict Parish - 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel, NJ, 07733  http://www.stbenedictholmdel.org/stbenedict/Church/_top

The items they need include:  

• paper products
• can liners
• cleaning products
• mops
• brooms (lobby with dust pan, corn, warehouse and garage)
• buckets
• plastic food wrap
• aluminum foil
• gloves (poly, latex, vinyl, yellow flock, pot scrubber, work gloves)
• spray bottles and triggers
• small bars of soap or small table top disposable soap pump bottles
• laundry detergent
• dishwashing detergent
• 6x9 green scrub pads
• hand sanitizer
• rags
• bleach
• disinfectants spray and wipes
• small hand sanitizers
• and anything appropriate for these charitable facilities.
