South Jersey Biz Magazine has named facilities maintenance management company, NEST International, one of the region's Best Places To Work, a company announcement says. 

Award winners are determined by evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, benefits, perks and more. In addition to health benefits and a 401K matching program, company benefits include: a quarterly bonus program, open-book business policy, Individual Development Plans (IDP) and a variety of fun employee events during the year.

“We have a company barbecue in July, and we start to plan for the holiday party the day after that. It’s like a wedding,” says Jodie Argraves, director of Human Resources at NEST. “We give out all types of awards for performance recognition: iPads, phones, TVs, anything you can think of. It’s definitely a big deal.”

In past years, this list has featured many companies including Cambell Soup Company, Wawa, Wegman’s and Virtua.
