Miller Environmental Group (MEG)—a provider of waste, industrial, and environmental services—announces the acquisition of Haz~Mat Environmental Services and Canco, expanding its vertically integrated platform with a comprehensive suite of specialized industrial and waste services across the Southeast.

Together, Haz~Mat, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Canco, based in Chester, South Carolina, provide a full range of commercial cleaning services. From hydro-blasting to hazardous waste management, this acquisition further strengthens MEG's vertically integrated platform. The strategic move follows the company's recent acquisition of ACE Environmental in Baltimore, Maryland.
