Mats Inc. has announced the launch of its new and improved website.  The new website is designed to improve access to the resources that the Architect & Design and Dealer communities need most.

"Customer interviews and an introspective analysis of our firm's vision and values drove the design of the new website," said JoAnn Durette, Vice President of Marketing at Mats Inc. “In addition to SEO, our primary goals were to improve navigation to help customers quickly and easily obtain information, download documents and order samples.”

Users can search for product recommendations based on market segment, type of project or application, LEED credits and more.  Users can also search for products by Mats Inc. product name or category.  A new feature on the specific product pages is the related products section that offers possible alternatives, and users can evaluate the similar and associated product options.   The new site has been populated with more and larger photos, a selection of cases studies and numerous catalogs, all effortlessly downloadable.

There are a variety of ways to retrieve and download technical, installation and maintenance documents and numerous opportunities for sample ordering.  For added convenience, users can create a user account, or My Workspace, where their contact and shipping information can be stored for quick checkout and auto-populated web forms, notes on frequently accessed products can be saved and links can be collected.  The About Mats Inc. section has been expanded to include more about the company’s 40 year history, the management team, service commitment and sustainability initiatives.  Customers can keep up with the latest news on the website’s integrated Blog.

Phase 2 development plans are already underway to improve backend efficiencies and add features including enhanced My Workspace capabilities, new iPad compatible design tools and an advanced online expertise resource center.
