In his former role, Herrera was responsible for developing and managing all facilities employees, including hiring, retention, performance management, safety audits and daily supervision.
Herrera holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from San Jose State University.
“I am excited to begin my new role as Regional Director of Operations for LCS Facility Group,” said Herrera. “This new endeavor is a tremendous opportunity for myself and the company, and I look forward to working in tandem with the executive team to help grow business in California.”
LCS Facility Group Owner Joe Lepore welcomed Herrera to his new role.

His expertise and knowledge of the area will be key in expanding our current business – particularly in the Northern California area,” he said. “Efrain will be instrumental in ensuring our new customers experience the same community-focused, customer-first approach that our east coast clients have come to expect.”
