Rainier Partners and its portfolio company, Kleen-Tech Services, are pleased to announce the appointment of Moses DeBord as Chief Executive Officer of Kleen-Tech, a janitorial services provider with operations across more than 30 states.

DeBord brings over two decades of leadership and professional experience to the position, having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Sodexo North America after nearly 17 years with the company.

Founded in Denver, Colorado, in 1993, Kleen-Tech has since expanded into a leading nationwide provider of janitorial and related services. Today, the company supports commercial, government, and other specialty sectors across the country through a portfolio of nine brands: Kleen-Tech, Arnold’s, National Facility Services, ARC Maintenance, Sentinel Maintenance, Peterson Cleaning, Signature Facilities, Sonoran, and IFS Group.
