Kaivac Names Executive VP of Sales

Kaivac announced the promotion of Mike Perazzo to executive vice president of Sales. Perazzo joins the senior leadership team to set the company’s sales strategy and usher in the next phase of growth for Kaivac.  

“Next year is our 25th anniversary year,” says Bob Robinson, Jr., chief growth officer. “We need the best people in the right roles to capitalize on our current positive momentum. Mike is the perfect person to lead our sales team into the future.”

Perazzo has spent the last 18 years in the cleaning industry, with 14 of those years at Kaivac. He began as a Kaivac Sales Director in 2004 and quickly discovered a passion for elevating frontline cleaning workers with improved processes and increased empowerment. With his last 7 years as vice president of Business Development, Perazzo helped establish new relationships in education, healthcare, retail, and building service contractor markets.

“I love to lead, coach, and mentor,” says Perazzo. “In this phase of my career, it’s important to me to help other people realize their professional ambitions. As much as our team has done, there’s so much more we can do. We’re only just getting started.”

With this new title, Perazzo will drive sales and operations integration, support customer acquisition, open new markets, and grow the existing Kaivac customer base.
