Two commercial cleaning industry veterans have teamed up to form a new contract cleaning company in Phoenix.

Samantha Root and Vince Ortiz are opening up Lujo Commercial Cleaning, a full-service company providing everything from commercial floor care to power washing, reports the Paradise Valley Independent.

Ortiz has been in the commercial cleaning industry for 32 years, having previously worked as the regional manager for a national commercial cleaning company.

Root has spent much of her career in marketing and sales, but does have experience working for a commercial cleaning company.
