The new corporate identity follows the March 2026 merger of the two leading North American distributors and marks a key milestone in aligning the business as one organization. The combined company brings together more than 13,000 employees and approximately $10 billion in annual revenue, enabling it to better support customers and supplier partners through expanded scale, expertise, and reach.

The new brand will roll out across different brand touchpoints over the coming months.
