ISSA Hygieia Network Solicits Nominations For Annual Awards
ISSA Hygieia Network, an ISSA Charities signature program dedicated to the advancement and retention of women in the cleaning industry, is seeking nominations for its annual awards recognizing individuals and companies who align with Hygieia’s mission and vision. ISSA Hygieia Network is now accepting award nominations through Oct. 4 at www.hygieianetwork.org/awards.
“Every year, Hygieia celebrates the progress made for women in the cleaning industry and the people who make it possible,” said Dr. Felicia L. Townsend, ISSA Hygieia Network Program Director. “We need your help to identify the professionals and organizations who embody our purpose of enabling women to accelerate their careers and realize their full potential.”
The ISSA Hygieia Network 2021 Awards Reception will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 16 at the Bellagio Monet Ballroom during the ISSA Show North America 2021 in Las Vegas. The annual awards were founded to acknowledge individuals and organizations who have made a significant contribution to the global cleaning industry. Nominations will be evaluated by a select group of jury members.
The public can submit nominations for three categories:
1. ISSA Hygieia Network Member of the Year, which recognizes a woman’s involvement in activities that align with Hygieia’s mission and vision.
2. ISSA Hygieia Network Rising Star of the Year, which honors a woman age 45 or younger who has made significant achievements and demonstrated consistent upward mobility in her career within the industry.
3. ISSA Hygieia Network Company of the Year, which celebrates a company’s involvement in activities that align with Hygieia’s mission and vision.
