ISS and Eaton Expand Partnership to Include Integrated Facilities Services ISS, a global provider of facility services, today announced that it has agreed with power management company Eaton to expand their nine-year partnership from single-service food services to full integrated facility services through 2024. The expanded partnership now includes the provision of technical services, facilities management, cleaning, space planning, and support services including mailroom and switchboard operations.

The account is staffed by more than 28 ISS employees. Scott Branstetter, Eaton Facilities and EHS Manager says: “ISS understands our needs and has continued to deliver as we have progressed through integration to go-live. A clean, safe and engaging work environment is even more important as we return to the office following COVID, and we are confident that ISS will help us deliver on that promise to employees.”

Susan Wojciechowski, Chief Commercial Officer for ISS North America says: “We are thrilled to be expanding our partnership with Eaton. This is a great example of the value our integrated facilities platform delivers to clients— and an expansion from our high-quality reputation that we cultivated within our food service offering to Eaton.”

The integrated facilities management service mix for ISS includes the provision of technical, food, workplace, support, security and cleaning services. The company provides these offerings across major industry segments, including technology, manufacturing, banking, life sciences, healthcare, and aviation.
