Henkel, owners of Dial Professional, is reportedly in talks to purchase SealedAir’s professional cleaning unit, Diversey. According to New York Post reports, the purchase price will likely exceed $3 billion.

SealedAir did announce in late 2016 a plan to spin off the Diversey unit — as well as it’s food hygiene and cleaning businesses — sometime in the second half of 2017. But according to the reports, a sale is more likely.
