Healthy Green Schools & Colleges (HGSC) announces the launch of its Change Readiness Assessment, a self-evaluation tool to determine whether facilities have the necessary innovations to drive sustainable operations.
The form asks respondents to rate a series of statements that guide reflection on whether an institution contains the essential elements needed for effective change. Through a thorough evaluation of facility factors—available resources, communication channels, and organizational support—the tool reveals hidden barriers and predicts whether progress is accessible and attainable.
Following the results, participants receive a resource guide with strategies to align with identified operational gaps. Facility management can implement solutions alongside the attained insight to address gaps and improve system efficacy.
A healthy and sustainable school starts with dedicated facility management who leverage an institution's capacity to make programs, initiatives, and outcomes a possibility. HGSC's Change Readiness Assessment provides a roadmap on how to turn a possibility into a reality.
