Graco Appoints Vice President Of Corporate Development
Graco Inc., a manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, recently announced the appointment of Inge Gasdal to the position of Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. This newly-introduced role is effective Jan. 17, 2022.
Grasdals’ primary responsibilities will be to identify opportunities for growth in new market spaces through collaboration with the Graco management team, along with finding and completing corporate acquisition initiatives.
With the addition of the Corporate Development role to our leadership team, Graco is backing its initiative to pursue and invest in new acquisition opportunities by adding expertise at the corporate level,” says Mark Sheahan, Graco’s President and CEO. “Inge’s impressive credentials in corporate development, finance and engineering will help drive Graco’s strategic objectives and company growth.”
Prior to Graco, Grasdal served as vice president of Corporate Development for Ecolab since 2018. Before that, he was the senior director of 3M’s corporate development team focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
