Gordon Brush Mfg. Co., Inc. announced that it has acquired the assets of Kinetronics Corp.
Founded in 1973 to serve the Audio-Visual and Photographic Industries, the marketplace for Kinetronics products includes cinemas, static control, static buildup, and digital cameras. Now, it is the world leader in anti-static brushes, cloths, and anti-static film cleaners.
"We believe Gordon Brush is the perfect partner to take Kinetronics to the next level and flourish under new ownership," says Mike Murdock, President of Kinetronics. "I am confident that this transition will bring new opportunities for success while reinforcing Kinetronics leadership in the markets it serves."
This is Gordon Brush's 18th acquisition, adding to a comprehensive portfolio of companies that includes Marx Brush, Milwaukee Dustless Brush, JEK, Redtree Industries, Brush Supply, StaticFaction, J.B. Ward, Kirschner Brush, Easy Reach Supply, Spectrum Paint Applicators, Parker Brush, Justman Brush, Michigan Brush, Dorden Squeeges, Mr. LongArm, and Custom Brush Co.
"This acquisition significantly boosts our scale, product range, and geographic reach, creating synergies that position us for continued growth and future investments in both new and existing markets," shares Ken Rakusin, President of Gordon Brush. "As the demand for American-made products grows, we are proud to lead the way."
