Georgia-Pacific announced that it has named Kim Price as vice president – market sales for its Consumer Products Group. In this role, Price will lead the “away-from-home” market sales teams for GP PRO, a division of Georgia-Pacific.
“Our number one priority for 2021 is to help customers enable a safe return from the coronavirus pandemic, and we believe our categories play an essential role in that,” said Ryan Elwart, chief customer officer for Georgia-Pacific's Consumer Products Group. “Kim has led key customer and channel teams for Georgia-Pacific, and most recently built and led our Sales Force Effectiveness capability, which delivers world class training, applied technology and sales enablement to Georgia-Pacific and to our distributor partners. Kim is uniquely positioned to lead our market sales teams as we transform along with our customers to serve a post-COVID marketplace.”
Additionally, Erin Beckman was promoted in 2020 to vice president – away-from-home national sales. In her role, Beckman has helped serve the needs of Georgia-Pacific’s restaurant, retailer, arena, and commercial and industrial facilities end users through the pandemic, while collaborating closely with national distributor customers serving those industries. Beckman has led customer and channel teams for Georgia-Pacific since 2015 and was promoted to her current position in April of last year.
“Together, Erin and Kim will lead the integrated team across Georgia-Pacific as we partner with businesses to help them get 'Hygiene Ready,' bolster consumer and employee confidence, and safely re-open their facilities during 2021," said Elwart.
