Diversey announced that its Remote Guidance tool has been nominated for the ISSA 2018 Innovation Award in the Services & Technology category. ISSA attendees can experience the trouble-shooting application firsthand at Diversey’s booth (#5901) in Dallas, Oct. 30-Nov. 1.

“Unanticipated on-the-job cleaning and hygiene issues can result in costly downtime and increased risk, making it essential for employees to have access to intelligent solutions that simplify trouble-shooting,” said Dr. Ilham Kadri, president, Diversey. “Remote Guidance elevates the training process, allowing users to solve issues on the spot to keep businesses running smoothly.”

Remote Guidance is a new augmented reality tool designed to expand Diversey’s best-in-class customer service.
