Sealed Air’s Diversey Care announced that it has signed an agreement with Spectrum Brands, a global consumer brands company, and has filed a letter of intent with Nakoma Products to distribute select consumer products to the professional market in the United States. These products will replace Diversey Care’s current consumer-branded product offerings from S.C. Johnson & Son as of May 2, 2017.
“We are committed to providing our customers with a robust portfolio of well-known consumer-branded products that support their business needs,” said Dr. Ilham Kadri, president, Diversey Care. “Strategic partnerships with Spectrum and Nakoma will allow us to continue to offer a range of effective and easy-to-use solutions.”
Under the agreement, Diversey Care will market Spectrum’s Repel and Cutter products and insecticides such as Hot Shot, Black Flag® and more. The products target a range of insects including ants, roaches, wasps and hornets.
Diversey Care will also offer Nakoma’s Endust dusting and cleaning sprays, including a spray that is certified by the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America. Additionally, Diversey Care will offer the Behold® product line of high-quality furniture polish. As these partnerships expand, additional products will become available.
