Dade Paper has announced the acquisition McShane Enterprises, Inc. located in East Brunswick, New Jersey.  McShane is a distributor of foodservice disposables, janitorial supplies and equipment and services the New York Metro and Tri-State area. 

This important acquisition will allow Dade Paper to expand into this service area, enhancing their multi-regional distribution system. Current President of McShane Enterprises, David McShane, will remain with the company along with the existing management team and staff.
