Dade Paper has acquired Hazleton, Penn.-based Franz Janitorial Service & Supply, according to a company release.

The announcement says operations will be merged into Dade Paper’s Tri-State Branch located in East Brunswick, N.J. Franz Janitorial's current president, Anthony Franzosa, Jr. will remain with company along with its existing staff. 

Dade Paper is a large distributor of foodservice disposables, janitorial and sanitiation supplies and equipment. The company is located in Miami.
