Alwin Manufacturing is proud to announce that it has been named DELMIAWorks Customer of the Year for 2025, a prestigious honor recognizing organizations that demonstrate exceptional commitment, innovation, and measurable business impact through their use of the DELMIAWorks (formerly IQMS) enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.
The award marks a significant milestone for Alwin. Despite being a DELMIAWorks customer since 2007, this is the first time the company has received this recognition. This achievement highlights the transformation driven by sustained investment in people, process, and technology.
“Being named Customer of the Year is a powerful validation of our journey,” says Alan Lohman, Director of IT/IS. “We didn’t earn this by standing still. We earned it by challenging ourselves to learn more, do more, and continuously adapt—often through difficult changes—to drive real business value.”
That momentum is further accelerated by a renewed organizational focus on continuous improvement, led by Chief Operating Officer Brian Lakari and Corporate Continuous Improvement Manager Leah Witt. Together with cross-functional teams across the organization, Alwin has strengthened system discipline, accountability, and data-driven decision-making to ensure improvements are sustainable and aligned with long-term business objectives.
“This recognition belongs to our entire organization,” Lohman shares. “It reflects the perseverance of our teams, the trust of our customers, and a culture that chooses to invest, adapt, and improve—even when the path forward isn’t easy. The most exciting part is how much opportunity still lies ahead.”
The award was presented at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026. Lohman was also individually recognized for his contributions to the DELMIAWorks User Champion program.
